Craftsman Detail Handwork - Fly Rod Production

This is a new way for us at Far Bank Enterprises to describe a long-valued skillset within our Sage Production team and what we are seeking in candidates for this open production position.

It is the craftsmanship required in bringing our rods from concept to building to the finished product which has Sage fly rods so sought after amidst anglers around the globe!

A key task within the manufacturing process is the careful and precise application of materials to individual rods, utilizing a smaller handheld detail brush. You are putting the finishing touches on a beautiful fly rod with satisfaction in your participation in the handmade journey of this rod to be delivered to the customer.

This role is ideal for someone who loves focusing on your individual project while at the same time being a part of a larger team that supports one another in meeting production goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional hand-eye coordination
• Skilled in managing delicate details both manually and visually.
• Ability to follow and understand specification guidelines for Sage fly rod production.

SCHEDULE

Enjoy a three-day weekend for a better work-life balance! Monday through Thursday.

1st Shift 4:00AM-2:30PM 2nd Shift 2:45pm to 1:15am

COMPENSATION

Starting Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, with a .50cent shift differential for the second shift.
