Distribution Center Supervisor

Far Bank's Distribution Center is expanding its leadership opportunities, opening the DC Department Supervisor role As the Supervisor of the DC team, you will build, lead, and inspire a team that meets Far Bank financial and performance objectives through the effective utilization of Continuous Improvement tools, the development of the staff and the execution of the Department objectives.

What Else You'll Bring to the Table

You are already a part of Far Bank's team and understand our day-to-day and long-term goals. In addition to the qualifications detailed above, you'll need:

• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Operational Excellence) or equivalent business improvement process strongly preferred.
• 3 years of hands-on experience as a leader in a manufacturing environment supervising 20+ associates is strongly desired.
• Specialized training related to managerial concepts is encouraged.
• Experience with manufacturing planning software
• Skilled in MS Office with particular strength in Excel
• Ability to interpret data and make data-based business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability and assertiveness to help establish company policies and service levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to define and document processes.
• Experience in a continuous improvement environment
