Warehouse Shipping Lead (Internal Posting)

Far Bank Enterprise's Distribution Center (DC) team is hiring for the Shipping Lead Position. The Shipping Lead is responsible for leading a packaging team, preparing outbound freight, and maintaining an organized and productive warehouse. The primary objective is to drive the most efficient shipping and receiving process while maximizing quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assists warehouse supervisor with development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Leads by example while training, motivating and coaching up their team
• Manages incoming and outgoing shipping orders
• Communicating with the purchasing department as needed
• Receiving inventory to building
• Ordering packaging and shipping materials
• Maintain update working knowledge of warehouse operations
• Must be available to work overtime when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
• Demonstrated ability to work with MS Office, ERP and shipping software
• Focus on prioritizing tasks and keeping the team on point
• Managing incoming and outgoing shipping orders
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions
• Ability to work with little supervision and to multi-task and problem solve
• Must work well under pressure and tight timelines
• Strong knowledge of material handling equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and be on your feet for a full shift
• Attention to detail a must
