Far Bank Enterprise is seeking a collaborative, energetic and passionate individual to join our sales team as the East Coast Sales Manager for Far Bank Enterprises. Working with national and specialty accounts with all 3 of our brands – Sage, Redington and RIO Products - you will oversee, strategize, develop, and maintain the accounts and relationships which contribute to the success of Far Bank

The ideal candidate is an avid fly angler, passionately engaged with fly fishing, and has proven industry knowledge and experience.

POSITION:  East Coast Sales Manager

SUMMARY

Under the direction of the VP of Sales, the East Coast Sales Manager builds and manages a motivated sales force, sales plan, and dealer network that will achieve or exceed annual budget numbers for revenue and gross margin dollars.

The ideal candidate will appreciate the legacy of Sage, the increasing momentum of Redington and the consistent deliverance of excellent lines by RIO Products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS   

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or related field
• 5 years or more of experience managing Sales in the Outdoor Industry
• Fully proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Avid, passionate angler
• Affinity for the "what", "how", and "why" specialty, technical product is created.
• Complete understanding of the fly fishing industry

• Salary DOE
