For the recruiter side, you love to source and are constantly looking for new and different ways to recruit new talent to bring into the Far Bank family.

To support our continued growth over the past 2 years, we are adding this new position to our Human Resources team. The main focus of this role is to further develop the recruitment strategy, sourcing channels and engaging partners to reach those individuals whose skillsets, drive, and passion to succeed make them a great addition to their like-minded peers.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiter / Generalist responsibilities include:

  • Partner closely with HR Manager and department stakeholders to establish new hiring strategies, related but not limited to, diversity and inclusion, employee experience, scaling our company and culture.
  • Source potential candidates from various on-line channels, utilize social media, and maintain recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Drive initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels to bring in the most highly qualified candidates.
  • Update and manage job postings, candidates, and training for individual managers and supervisors.
  • Screen resumes and applications to help managers filter and identify top applicants.
  • Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person.
  • Enhance, streamline, and automate the employee on-boarding cycle.
  • Remain up to date in compliance posting and record keeping per state, federal and local regulations for all locations in which Far Bank has employees.
  • Partner with the HR Team in the continuous development and implementation of Employee retention and engagement programs, solidifying the bridge and connections between different locations.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1+ years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar
  • Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, both verbally and in writing, at differing levels, geographic locations, and cultures.
  • Excellent attention to detail; strong ability to prioritize, plan, and organize time.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and demonstrated agility to learn and drive new systems.
  • Driven desire to find creative processes and venues to attract candidates, while keeping constantly abreast of best-practices.
  • Flexible, self-motivated team player with ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and consistent willingness to support other team members.
  • Demonstrated full-time experience recruiting varied positions, exempt and non-exempt, from different levels within an organization. Additional experience working with external partners, agencies and higher education institutions is highly valued!

COMPENSATION


  • The salary range for this entry level HR Generalist position is $67,000 to $74,000 per year, and will likely start at $67k unless experience and skills exceed min requirements.
