SUMMARY

This position is dedicated to making the best fly line in the world with uncompromising quality and an eye to continuous improvement. Machine Operators work with the engineers in perfecting and creating fly lines for fisheries all over the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works in support of production team while owning individual machine tasks
• Will be able to aggressively and appropriately problem solve
• Operation and oversight of light duty manufacturing equipment
• Responsible for clear oral and written communication
• Able to work with and lift heavy weights
• All other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in reading and comprehending engineering specification
• Experience in working with manufacturing equipment and automated machinery is preferred
• Strong mathematical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Proven team player
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
