DETAIL ORIENTED CRAFTERS Unique Job Opportunity in SoDo

Far Bank Enterprises has expanded our Sage Manufacturing fly rod production operation into the Sodo area in Seattle!

Do you sew, knit, crochet, or make jewelry? Do you like fine detail, focused energy on specific tasks?

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE OR IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION WORKER

As one of our Production Workers, you start out by completing training to learn the unique skills that allow us to craft the best fly rod in the industry. The global recognition and appreciation of our fly rods is attributed to the craftsmanship that each of our team member brings to the process.

One position example is wrapping. You start each project by reading the specifications for that particular rod. With your company-provided table, you are able to wrap guides onto fly rods with expert precision. You do this by operating a foot peddle (much like a sewing machine) while wrapping the thread and then "tying off" the thread close to the rod.

A second position is coating. Precision and careful application are crucial to the finishing steps of our famous, high-end fly rods.

You find great satisfaction in meeting weekly production goals.

WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?

• Superior hand/eye coordination
• Ability to work with fine detail, both manually and visually
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow specification guidelines as they relate to our Sage fly rod production

WHAT IS THE WORK SETTING LIKE?

A full-time position, you work a set schedule within the production facility alongside other team members, having daily support of the team close at hand.

Full-time offers Medical, Dental, Optional plans, and 401k participation as well as 8 paid holidays, paid Sick and Vacation.
