Order Processing / Repair Center

Are you detail oriented and fast on the keyboard?!

Far Bank Enterprises is seeking team members to for the Repair Center to process customer returns for the Sage, Redington and RIO brands. The majority of the time this position is performing data entry but also has responsibility for cross training in order to perform several production steps in the process. The setting is on the production floor, so you are right in the middle of all your production team mates!

SUMMARY

This full-time position is significant as it is the first step in the process to get our fly-fishing equipment back into the hands of our customers. We receive returns daily from all parts of the world during and strive to turn it around as quickly as possible. We want to see our customers back out on the water!

Strong, accurate data entry skills are needed to enter relevant information into our data base system plus email communication with both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is someone enthusiastic, ready to learn and is very detail oriented. It is a fun and friendly atmosphere with a serious focus on delivering high quality service. In addition to data entry you will learn and participate in certain processes centered around manufacturing and repair.
