Production Associate - Bainbridge Island

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

This is an opportunity to learn unique manufacturing skills while working with a highly regarded local company. Regular pay bumps, opportunity to grow, variable shift schedules, and great culture!

SCHEDULE

The production work week consists of 10-hr shifts, Monday through Thursday, with an AM or PM shift option. Every other Friday is required OT, but this was designed to benefit our employees with a biweekly 3-day weekend!

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE LOOK LIKE?

Sage Fly Rods are a fly fishing brand that is recognized world wide in the industry. As a production associate you get the chance to be part of this process and learn the details that goes into making each rod by hand. Not only do you get experience on the manufacturing floor but you have the opportunity to be part of a team as you pick up new skills in each part of the manufacturing process.

WHAT TRAITS MAKE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION:

• Agility in learning new processes
• Enjoy building exquisite, handcrafted finished goods by working with variety of hand tools
• Good communication skills, ready to ask questions while also eager to teach others as you learn
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

COMPENSATION

Hourly positions that start at $15.50/hour. Pay bump to $15.75/hour after 90 days and another pay bump to $16.00/hour at 180 days. Applicants with relevant prior experience may qualify for a higher rate of pay. Room to grow!
