Production Associate- Wrapper

Far Bank Enterprises is actively seeking a detail-oriented artisan to join our Sage Manufacturing production team as an in-house wrapper. Each project begins with a thorough review of specifications for the specific rod in question. Using the provided table, you'll skillfully apply rod guides with precision, operating a foot pedal (similar to a sewing machine) to wrap the thread, and meticulously trimming it in close proximity to the rod.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Exceptional hand-eye coordination

- Proficiency in handling intricate details, both manually and visually

- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and adhere to specification guidelines related to Sage fly rod production

COMPENSATION:

- Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00, representing the introductory base level from Production Associate to Production Specialist.

- We actively encourage progression to higher Production levels, providing training to support your professional objectives.

SCHEDULE OPTIONS:

- First Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4 AM- 2:15 PM

- Middle Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM- 4:30 PM

- Second Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-1:15 AM
