Do you have hand crafting skills that would lend to creating the globally recognized Sage Fly Rod? We have found ourselves in the wonderful position of needing to build more rods to keep up with our customer orders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Solid experience either through professional jobs or personal hobbies and crafts which require dexterity and fine attention to detail
• Working with hand tools
• Ability to work with little supervision and to multi-task and problem solve
• Demonstrated ability to cross-train in differing areas and shift amongst roles as needed
• Participation in and support of team projects while able to work independently
• Mandatory overtime is required for an undetermined amount of time.

SHIFTS

There are 3 shifts, Monday through Friday. Dependent on production needs, overtime may be required.

COMPENSATION

Hourly position, starting base pay begins at $15 an hour (.50 shift differential for 2nd shift) If prior experience and skills are strong and relatable to our roles, the pay may be adjusted accordingly.
