Sage Manufacturing of Bainbridge Island is seeking to hire a full-time Production Team Member eager to assist in handcrafting our Sage Fly Rods. Individuals who want to work with hand tools, be a team player, enjoy the opportunity to cross train in multiple areas so each day offers something new, and be a part of a diverse and interesting group of individuals need to apply!

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, ready to learn and is very detail-oriented. A typical schedule is 8 hours a day, 5 days a week where you will earn a base pay starting at $14 an hour with potential for increase depending on experience. We also offer our Production Team Members generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and sick leave accrual plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

We have positions on our production team which are all key contributors to the process of making the world's finest fly rods.

• Solid experience either through professional jobs or personal hobbies and crafts
• Able to prioritize and shift between projects and tasks with limited notice
• Attentive to detail and well organized
• Excel in both a team environment and independently
