A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PRODUCTION WORKER

As a Production Worker, you come to work armed with energy, wit, and the willingness to pitch in with the team. Every member of our production team is a key contributor to the process of making the world's finest fly rods by focusing on maintaining the highest quality, solid teamwork, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes. Because of your constant, clear communication, your team is able to achieve group goals. While maintaining a fast pace, you closely follow instructions to meet cycle time expectations and always apply uncompromising standards of excellence. You enjoy work that requires attention to detail and working with hand tools and because our rods are handcrafted , you have the opportunity to do just that! You love seeing your work go out as a finished product to anglers around the world.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid experience either through professional jobs or personal hobbies and crafts which require dexterity and fine attention to detail
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Are you able to effectively prioritize tasks? Are you able to shift between projects and tasks with limited notice? Are you attentive to detail and well organized? WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with both am and pm 8-hour shifts available.
