OUR SEARCH - Repair Processor

Far Bank Enterprises (FBE) is seeking out a Repair Processor to join our Repairs team. This position is responsible for evaluating customer returns, entering data and originating work orders for the rod repair process and processing customer returns for the Sage, Redington and RIO brands. POSITION SUMMARY

The Repair Processor coordinates the repair process and is a key contributor to making sure our customer's fly rods are repaired quickly and to a high-quality standard. The Repair Processor assesses the condition of the rod and enters the customer and rod information into our CRM and D365 systems to allow for easy hand off to our repair and customer service teams. Occasional email correspondence with customers may be necessary and is done in coordination with our customer service team. Rod and reel returns are received daily from all over the world so the key to success in this position is centered around speed and accuracy to stay ahead of the repairs as they come in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess the condition of returned rods for damage and determine what repairs need to be completed
• Determine if rod damage is under warranty or will be repaired for a fee
• Communicate with customers via email or elevate repair case to customer service
• Enter the customer and rod information into our CRM and D365 systems to schedule the repair for completion by our repair team.
• Work closely with the repair and customer service teams to provide positive customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous customer service experience desired
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet daily deadlines
• Computer skills background including MS Office, CRM or D365
• Data entry experience preferred
• Flexibility to work in some manufacturing processes
• Interest in Fly Fishing is an absolute bonus!

COMPENSATION

Compensation starts at $18 and up to $22 per hour, based on experience, and comes with a full, comprehensive benefits package too! Other cool outdoor discounts are available as well!
