Sales Operations Manager

Who You Are: You know how to keep a sales team running efficiently and productively. You have a lot of experience with CRM systems and know how to communicate effectively across the company to accomplish your goals. You are analytic and very strong in excel and other report building tools. You love to work collaboratively with others and know how to use systems to ensure a reliable, predictable, and consistent processes. You are well versed in EDI, EOS (order management) systems, and other processes involved in ensuring orders get out the door to our customers. You have experience with premium consumer products and understand the selling cycles of a business like ours.

Responsibilities:

-Assist the sales manager and CRO in the daily running of the sales team by ensuring they have the most accurate and up-to-date information on the business.

-Identify opportunities in the business. Analyze relevant data and consult with the CRO to ensure our customers have what they need to drive our revenue plan.

-Work with Operations, our DC team, Finance, Product, Marketing and other departments to build accurate and timely sales forecasts, demand plans and more.

-Use our powerful reporting tools to organize sales information and publish reports to sales leadership. Create visibility and a forward view into the business so we can make swift and effective decisions to capture new opportunities.

-Work with sales leadership to develop commission plans, sales comp plans, regional and national sales targets.

Qualifications:

-Strong ERP experience. Super user. Experience with order management (EOS) systems.

-3-5 years of sales operations experience.

-Experience working with sales leadership.

-Outstanding excel skills and strong understanding of how to build reports and database structures.

-Deep understanding of how to find data, conduct the right research, analyze information and make recommendations to sales leadership.

-Knowledge of ATS (available to sell) reporting and understanding of key retail metrics such as sell-thru.
