Technology Integration Specialist:

As the Technology Integration Specialist you influence the success of the operations team by assisting with the identification, development and adoption of technology solutions for the production and fulfillment environments. You create files and documents and work collaboratively and hands-on with stakeholders and functional experts to find ways to stream-line processes and eliminate unnecessary steps in the product realizations  and fulfillment process. Success is measured in the cost per unit processed.

What skills and/or experience is needed to succeed in this role?

• Experience with Information technologies integration strongly preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing planning software
• Skilled in MS Office with particular strength in Excel
• Ability to interpret data and make data based business decisions. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability and assertiveness to help establish company policies and service levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to define and document processes.
• Experience in a continuous improvement environment
