Far Bank's Repair Center is seeking a person who is quick on their feet, energetic individual with a pleasant demeanor to join our unique customer service team.

As a representative of the Far Bank brands, you will help be the friendly voice on the phone or email who is ready to assist, problem solve and assure our customers that we are there to get them back on the water as quickly as possible!

The ideal candidate enjoys working in the midst of the ever busy manufacturing floor while listening to a customer's repair questions and providing them an experience that makes them glad they own our products.

POSITION SUMMARY

Whether by phone, email or in person you will provide outstanding, courteous and professional customer support and follow through to enhance the customer's warranty experience. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Must have recognition and full appreciation of the importance of providing the best possible Customer Service experience
• Phone experience working with customers is desirable, retail experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Multi-line Phone and computer skills including MS Office applications
• Strong data entry skills required
