Were you not able to return to college and looking for a temporary position for a few months?  Are you looking for a full-time position with potential for long term employment?  We anticipate needing both temporary and long-term employees for the near future.  Far Bank Enterprises main basic operation is on Bainbridge Island and this is where the position is based.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, ready to learn and is very detail oriented. Must be a team player and ready to learn a variety of related skills needed to build the best fly rods in the world. Also, you must be willing to embrace a variety of personalities. So, come armed with energy, wit and the willingness to pitch in with the team. JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Solid experience either through professional jobs or personal hobbies and crafts which require dexterity and fine attention to detail
• Working with hand tools
• Ability to work with little supervision and to multi-task and problem solve
• Demonstrated ability to cross-train in differing areas and shift between the varying roles as needed
• Participation in and support of team projects while able to work independently
• Mandatory overtime is required for an undetermined amount of time

COMPENSATION

            Hourly position will include shift differential if on 2nd shift.

SHIFT 

Monday through Friday with overtime.
