This role will be a direct Far Bank employee.


Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage, grow, and maintain our existing 90+ wholesale accounts as the account owner. (National account or multi-rooftop retailer experience a plus, but not required).
  • Grow the business for Sage, Redington, and RIO brands in Utah, New Mexico, and Colorado by increasing existing account sales and opening new points of distribution.
  • Keep detailed records (CRM) of all daily interactions with customers and prospects (phone, text, email, and in-person). Build out the records needed to run a very detailed and organized business. Report these records weekly to the Director of Sales and CRO.
  • Host ride-along weeks with the Director of Sales, CRO and other executives.
  • Host industry events, dealer trainings, staff shop trainings at a regular interval to spread the word of our brands and ensure shop staff are well trained.
  • Be the on the ground voice of Far Bank to our customers and end consumers. Live the brand values and lead with authenticity.
  • Hit your sales goals and targets!
  • Travel as needed (driving and flying as needed to see our 90+ wholesale dealer accounts, and to relevant industry tradeshows, sales meetings and as needed to our HQ in Seattle) to grow the business. May be up to 75% travel time during the year.
  • This role reports to the Director of Sales.
  • Location is flexible. However, the final candidate must live within the designated territory within 2 hours of an airport. *Denver area is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience managing existing accounts and opening new accounts for growth.
  • Proven track record of opening new points of distribution. In this case, new wholesale doors.
  • Strong track record of performance and delivering results in a high paced sales organization. Significant experience in sales and account management.
  • Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce (CRM tools), and proven leadership capabilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products, Word, and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
