A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ECOMMERCE MANAGER

As an eCommerce Manager, you use your digital marketing skills to coordinate and direct our DTC customer service team in helping us reach our financial goals. As a can-do, driven person, you are determined to develop sales strategies that fuel our continued growth. Fully aware of market trends, you are able to forecast trends and make sure that items are priced accordingly. Handling the online promotion of our great products, you engage your creative and out-of-the-box thinking. With your outstanding organizational skills, you manage our online product catalog and inventory.

You enjoy coaching your staff. They are inspired by your leadership and continually crush goals. Your collaborative skills also help you work effectively with the rest of the management team. You get great satisfaction out of the essential part that you play in our continued growth as a respected company in the fly fishing industry. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 3 years of experience in an eCommerce environment selling physical products
• Proficiency in e-Commerce technologies and platforms including store, cart/checkout, payments, profile set ups, etc.
• Experience as a manager or team lead
• Understanding of the digital D2C business with a mix of CRM, media, creative, technical, and sales knowledge
• Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
